orchids with turquoise splash

Orchids are beautiful tropical flowers that I collect myself at home. So i am more than thrilled when i get to tattoo one! I aranged this group of flowers to flow from her front to her side shoulder. This is more of a painterly style of tattooing. I love to work in this style because  the imagery can be soft and delicate (like flowers) and I can use light  colors. I balance it with also using deep and dark colors in parts the tattoo will hold up well.
